Verified Creator:Creators who have been reviewed and approved by Bad & Desi.
Emerging Creator:Creators who are new to the platform or building their portfolio.
Content:All text, images, videos, audio, and other materials posted on the platform.

User Accounts

Registration

To use our platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be a South Asian creator or have a genuine interest in South Asian creativity

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Validation Process

All creator profiles undergo a validation process. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any profile at our discretion to maintain platform quality.

Acceptable Use

You May

  • Create an authentic creator profile
  • Connect and collaborate with other creators
  • Post collaboration requests related to creative projects
  • Message other creators for professional purposes
  • Share your portfolio and creative work

You May Not

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited messages
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Scrape or copy platform content without permission
  • Attempt to hack or compromise platform security
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you post on Bad & Desi. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of providing our services.

Important: You remain the owner of your intellectual property.

Platform Content

The Bad & Desi platform, including its design, logo, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Collaborations & Transactions

Platform Role

Bad & Desi is a connection platform only. We facilitate creator-to-creator networking but do not:

  • Handle payments or financial transactions
  • Provide contracts or legal agreements
  • Act as an agent or intermediary in collaborations
  • Guarantee the quality or outcome of collaborations
  • Resolve disputes between creators

Your Responsibility: All collaboration terms, payments, contracts, and agreements are negotiated directly between creators. We recommend using written agreements for all professional collaborations.

AS-IS SERVICE: Bad & Desi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

NO GUARANTEES: We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of user profiles or content
  • Success of collaborations
  • Compatibility with all devices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bad & Desi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the platform
  • Collaboration disputes or outcomes
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Content posted by other users
  • Loss of data or profits

Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
